Ben Han

As CEO, the focus is on improving the performance of the apparel business to benefit customers, employees and the local community. She believes clothing deserves sustainable production and value-added packaging. Sophia Qi has established herself as a strong and successful leader, assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2006 and playing a leading role in the development of Ameno’s apparel business in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Before that, he was a loyal leader and easy-going mentor to all Ameno people. Today, he is overseeing the creation of new apparel trim and packaging possibilities, he is building the supply chain to better serve our customers, and he is leading the local economy through significant organic and acquisition-based growth.

Ben Han joined Ameno in 2006 as General Manager, taking on the role of improving efficiency and increasing profits while managing the company’s overall operations. In this role, he has overall oversight of global sales efforts.
As an industry veteran, Ben Han manages teams to achieve sustainable and scalable revenue growth. He brings strategic thinking and a value selling framework to drive collaboration and alignment across the Ameno team. With service at the core, his team is always able to attract new customers and provide them with first-class services in the apparel industry.
