Sample free or need to pay?

It is determined by bulk quantity:

  1. If bulk quantity is morn than 500pcs per style, sample will be charged when sampling and refund or deduct from bulk amount;

  2. If bulk quantity is less than 500pcs per style, sample will be charged when sampling and no refund or deduction;

  3. Sample cost is based on our quotation before sample start;
  4. Normally,only proto sample(1pc) per style + PP sample(1pc) per style + shipping sample(1-3pcs) per style are free if bulk order quantity more than 500pcs per style.
What is MOQ?

  1. Stock: 30pcs per color per style;

  2. Customized: 50pcs per color,100 pcs per style.

How can i ensure sample and bulk quality at your sample making room or factory and what are the related guarantees?

For sample making:

  1. Show us design and size,we start to draw to assist to design;

  2. Ameno teamers offer fabric for your choosing;

  3. Arrange block pattern,and show mock up for approval;

  4. Cut raw material according to pattern;

  5. Send actual sample for approval before ship;

For bulk order:

  1. Making PP sample for your approval before bulk start;

  2. According to Ameno-clothing strictly inspection system for control quality from yarn to ready-to-garment;

  3. Ameno will take photo and video for quality &status and submit for your approval;

  4. Ameno welcome the third party to inspect bulk goods before shipping;

  5. All Ameno teamers are Merchandiser and QC,everyone participates in quality management for clients.

Can we change the design and shape of a custom style once we decide to start the design process?

Of course you can.You can modify the design of your unique custom style as many times as you like without the high quantity production being ready, Simply contact your account manager/design to discuss whether your desired changes are feasible.

We suggest that it is better for both sides to change items, because it will attract extra fee and have an not good effect on delivery date.

Will be able to know your production process?

Like any other plant in the world,you will know all the details about you production. In addition,you can visit our factory during production;

Can i have my own logo on sample and bulk

Sure, Ameno always provide Embroidery,Print, Jacquard,Intarsia or other special technique options for your choosing, also can custom labels like main label, size label,wash labels and etc.

How can i get a quote for a large quantity order?

When receive your cost request,cost will be estimated before sampling or bulk at the first time,actual one should based on sample came out. Ameno Merchandisers will follow up with you at the first time.

Can i have my unique design( fabric content,color, size,shape,pattern,etc)?

Yes,customer’s designs such as fabric content,color,size,shape,pattern,etc are welcomed.

Can i have a custom designed and sample?

Ameno always provide ODM service, we design and meet you and your clients request.

How to pack the sample and bulk? May i have custom package?

Yes，easy to do custom package, show different packing idea, or customized as your clients requirements.

What is your sample and bulk leadtime?
  1. sample: 3-7 workdays once all items confirmed by your side;

  2. Bulk:7-25 workdays once all items confirmed by your side.

What’s the order processes?

  1. Confirm bulk order;

  2. Deposit paid before bulk start;

  3. PP sample making for your check;
  4. Bulk will be produced as schedule;

  5. Send photo or video for your quality and status control;

  6. Welcome your QC or the third party inspect before shipping;

  7. Balanced amount pay or as our discussed before bulk.

  8. Shipping goods to destination port;

  9. Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin;

  10. After sales service.

 

If any defective goods, how do you deal with?

If unfortunately defective products are released, we have the following solutions:

  1. We support you to send it back to us for repair;

  2. If it is our mistake, we will give a discount or deduct it from the next order;if your mistake, we will assist to solve at the first time;

  3. I would like to tell you more about quality. We are a responsible factory and will actively solve problems when we encounter them. If you are not confident about our quality, we accept that you ask a third party to check the goods. If the third party checks the goods and there is no problem, then we will arrange the delivery, if have problem, we will arrange re-do for you.

What is your terms of payment?

TT deposit and balanced amount as our discussed before bulk start;

We accept payment via company account, Ali store and L/C.

  • Shipping
What is your shipping terms?

  1. Shipping cost should be paid by your side or prepay to us and we arrange accordingly.

  2. For small order, by air or by express: DHL,UPS, FEDEX,TNT, or your nominated forwarder;

  3. For large order, we arrange shipping by sea or by air according to you requirement.
