Our items has passed SGS certificates, meanwhile we choose Alibaba Trade Assurance to conclude order which protect buyer benefits
to the utmost. Once bulk order quality is not same as approved sample, you can issue claim via Alibaba ,then Alibaba will pay your
loss

Q3. Which payment do you accept?
For small order under USD 1000, we accept Paypal,T/T,Escrew,Credit Card.
For large order above USD1000,we accept TT ,L/C.

Q4. Can you not share or sell my design to other clients?
We will sign non-disclosure agreement if design is owned by yourself , we promise we will not post any picture on our website or
share with our clients.

Q5. If quantity of our order is very small, like 100-300 pieces per style per color.could you accept it?
Yes, we can do it, but price will be raised from 15% to 30% accordingly due to increased cost

Q6.How long to get the samples ? and Mass Production?
Usually for samples, it needs 5-7 days to finish
For Production, it will take 25-40days

Q7: Do you support customization if I want to use other material?
Yes, our main material includes acrylic, cashmere, polyester,wool,cotton and blend.
